Browse the site and click on a product image to view more information.

STEP 2. ADD TO BASKET

Select your size / colour (where applicable) with the radio button selection panel.

Click the ‘Add To Cart’ button to add items to your basket. The ‘Shopping Basket’ indicator at the top-right of the site will update to show the new item in your basket.

STEP 3. CHECKOUT

Click the ‘View Cart’ text or ‘Shopping Cart’ icon at the top right of the page.

Check the items in your basket. To change the quantity simply amend the number and click the update button. To delete an item simply click on ‘X’.

If you have a promotional code, add the code to the field and click ‘update’. Once you are happy with the items in your basket click on the checkout button.

Question HOW DO I CREATE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?

You do not have to create an account to purchase a product but it will make it easier to do so when you return to the site in the future.

Enter your registration details in the fields indicated and click the ‘Create An Account’ button.

LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

Click ‘My Account’ at the top-right of the site.

Enter your login details. If you have forgotten your password click ‘forgotten password’ to reset it.

From your shopping cart, once you are satisfied with your choices, click on ‘Checkout’.

Complete your billing and delivery details and create an account if you wish to make future purchases quicker and easier.

Check your order details are correct and enter your credit/debit card details.

Select your payment type and enter the details.

Press ‘Place Order’. Once you confirm this page your order will be placed and your card charged.

FINAL CONFIRMATION

You will also be sent all these details in an email.

STANDARD DELIVERY IS FREE FOR UK ORDERS OVER £50 AND £3.95 FOR UK ORDERS UNDER £50. THIS OFFER ONLY APPLIES TO ORDERS MADE TO ADDRESSES WITHIN THE UK, JERSEY AND GUERNSEY.

Our Standard Delivery charge is £3.95 per order, regardless of how many parcels we need to send you. Orders are delivered in 3-5 days.

A signature will be required on delivery.

GOODWILL RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you love your purchase. However, If you are not entirely happy, you have 14 days from your date of purchase, to return your item to us for a refund or exchange.

We are unable to offer refund or exchange on earrings.

If you would like a different item, size or colour, please return your purchase to us for a refund, and place a new order.

All items must be returned unused and in a fully resalable condition.

Freedom Clothing reserves the right to deduct amounts from refunds, up to the full value, where unwanted items show signs of use or unreasonable handling and are deemed not to be resalable.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed, although note that this may increase during busy periods, such as sale periods.

We will endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to appear in your account. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
